Gilead Sciences partnered with dreamm, to deliver a global Health & Safety training program for their employees located in each of their facilities worldwide.
The program was designed to convert traditional paper-based information into an interactive e-learning module, which included location-specific content and dual-language versions for countries where more than one language was required.
The project was initially for one facility, but its success led to its expansion to 26 facilities. 18 of these were in English only, while 8 were dual-language with an initial language selector screen for learners to choose their preferred language. Content was tailored to each facility's specific needs.
Implementation
dreamm's design team was involved in the project from start to finish, and the e-learning was fully branded with Gilead's identity and included custom graphics, location-specific content, and audio narration recorded by professional voice-over artists.
The course was designed to be engaging and user-friendly, with interactive activities, such as quizzes and animations, to reinforce learning. The program was validated by a final mastery test that presented learners with a bank of randomly selected questions that they had to answer correctly to achieve a predetermined pass rate.
