Abbott Nutrition - Trade Marketing modules
Ensuring marketers and commercial teams gain an understanding of trade marketing fundamentals and its importance to their work.
A total of four e-learning modules were created, covering the the following topics:
- Introduction to Trade Marketing
- Trade Marketing Store Checks
- In-store Claims
- Value Reframing
Aims & Objectives
The main goal of the course was to ensure that marketers and commercial teams gain an understanding of trade marketing fundamentals and its importance to their work. Additionally, the course emphasised the significant role that the consumer and retailers play in Abbott Nutrition's success. By completing the course, Abbott Nutrition's teams were equipped with the necessary knowledge to achieve their goals in expanding their distribution and reaching more customers in the mass retail market.
Fun & engaging
The modules were designed to be fun and engaging, with highly customised graphics to make the material more accessible to learners. Each module had its own identity, but they shared a common design theme to give them a sense of branding and unity.
The modules were delivered and tracked via dreamm's LMS, atmos, which allowed for easy distribution and completion tracking. Upon successful completion of each module, custom completion certificates were automatically delivered to the employees.
The project was a success, with the e-learning modules being well received by the marketing and sales teams. The custom design and branding of the modules made them easily recognizable, and the fun and engaging material helped to keep learners interested and motivated. The use of dreamm's LMS made it easy for the organisation to track completion and ensure that all employees had the necessary knowledge to excel in their roles.
